From August 1st to August 26th, Venus will be in the sign of Cancer. For a general analysis of how everyone’s affected by this, you can read the article I posted here. In it, I cover all of the major aspects happening to Venus this month, along with the Eros asteroid. Most people only pay attention to Venus transits for love readings and money insights. My thing is, if we’re talking about romantic love, shouldn’t that include our attractive energies? That’s where understanding the Eros transits comes in. As for Venus by herself? Studying her transits and aspects is a great way to decipher what’s currently worth valuing. Or at the very least, it lets you know the potential fate of your relationships. So what would that be in August 2025? Well to know that, first you must know your Ascendant sign.

• Aries Asc – For Aries Ascendants, Venus is transiting your 4th house–the natural home of Cancer. This means that now is the time to put more value on your family and home life. Here’s some possibilities to look out for: Getting more value out of being at home. Decorating the household. Spending more time with family. Experiencing romance in familiar and comfortable environments. An opportunity to work from home. Family interfering with your relationships/love life. Even pregnancy.
  
• Taurus Asc – This happens in your 3rd house. Now is the time to communicate with more empathy. Your ability to speak from the heart right now, has the potential to bring you value of some sort. Have you tried creative writing? Here are some things to watch out for: Emotional conversations. Chatty friends/partners. Opportunities to work with friends and familiar faces. Money opportunities in your local area and neighborhood. And a lot of flirting.
  
• Gemini Asc – Venus is transiting your 2nd house, the natural home of Venus. This will be a positive time for you in terms of money and relationships. The more you take care of things this month, the more money comes your way–especially your possesions. “Take care if your car and it’ll take care of you” type shit. Or better yet, “Save your money now, so it can save you in the future.” Things to watch out for are: being gifted with beautiful things. Increased emotional intelligence. More time around kids. Being drawn to expensive things. That being said, be cautious not to overspend this month.
  
• Cancer Asc – Venus is transiting your first house of personality. You, yourself, will become more empathetic overall. This will make you more magnetic, drawing people in. You have the potential to be seen as more “charming” right now, in everything that you do. The way you walk, talk, and dress will captivate others. Your style and fashion sense might be going through some changes. The main things to watch out for are: lovebombers and people with lustful energy. The easiest solution is to pay them no mind. The real treat this alignment gives you, is the ability to give more self-care.
  
• Leo Asc – Venus is transiting your 12th house of spirituality. This is actually where Venus is exalted. Like Gemini, right now abundance may come to you more effortlessly. You could find love (or money) in esoteric and spiritual settings. Value can be extracted from traveling, charity work, creative work, and/or spiritual work. Things to lookout for this month are: hidden profits/expenses, secret admirers, and romantic entanglements. The 12th house is the house of “undoing,” so be sure that what you’re connecting to isn’t a hidden enemy.
  
• Virgo Asc – Venus is transiting your 11th house of networks. You’ll find more value in connecting with the strangers in your community. Of course, do this safely. You may be seen as the “missing piece” for a particular community. This can lead into them relying on you to take care of them. If you do so, you’ll end up the leader of this group if you aren’t already. There are unfamiliar faces in your environment that can add value to your life, if you let them. You could fall in love with someone that’s “not your usual cup of tea.” Diversity among your friend groups is something to be valued right now. Tradition and normalcy won’t be appealing to you right now. Things to watch out for are: identity politics, herd mentality, and other group dynamics that can distract you from what’s really valuable.
  
• Libra Asc – Venus is transiting your 10th house of career. If there were ever a time to face the public and put yourself out there, now would be it. The public arena will regard you (or your career) as beautiful. Your career could change into something more care-based, like hospitality or healthcare. People who share the same career path or goals may reach out to you for help. Things to watch out for are: being seen as too sentimental in business. A romantic interest in the same professional industry. Financial incentives to nurture others.
  
• Scorpio Asc – Venus is transiting your 9th house of education and belief systems. You can gain through teaching and learning. This gain can come in the form of love, money, or whatever you deem valuable. Exploring different spiritual beliefs can make you more profitable–it may lead you into a new relationship. How much of your beliefs are shaped by pure emotions vs true experience? Here’s what to watch out for: love in religious settings. Education around love and finance. Using love and money to learn more about spirituality.
  
• Sagittarius Asc – Venus is transiting your 8th house of secrets and investments. If you have any “secret investments,” you could see profit (or loss) from these. You could become involved in a secret relationship; a “situationship.” Your sexual energy is magnetic, especially when you play the role of the “nurturer.” Things to watch out for are: people taking advantage of your motherly energies. Sexual dependence. Financial or romantic loss from something hidden. Third-party relationships.
  
• Capricorn Asc – Venus is transiting your 7th house of relationships. Like the 2nd house, this is the natural home for Venus. More than anyone else, your Venus blessings this month are undeniably catered to partnerships. Romantic and business partners alike will become sources of love. Be sure not to sleep where you eat though; things can get messy. If you’re not focused on love, then money will flow easier when you handle your business partnerships with more care. Things to watch out for are: entering deals out of emotional comfort instead of logic. A partnership turning romantic. Increased need of support from your spouse.
  
• Aquarius Asc – Venus is transiting your 6th house of work and routine. Your income can see an uptick right now, especially if you work in healthcare. You can extract value by being more catering and nurturing at work. Put in a few more hours, don’t argue back with customers/bosses, and watch your money grow. The 6th house is all about details. So if you want to extract value from something, really get into the details. There maybe something there for you. Things to watch out for: improved workplace relations. Caring too much about work. Creating routines around your health/self-care.
  
• Pisces Asc – Venus is transiting your 5th house of entertainment. You can extract value by doing the very things people deem worthless–recreational activities. The more you have fun and enjoy yourself this month, the more abundance you’ll experience. Any goals you have around entertainment, creativity, and romance will succeed right now. You could profit–or find love–through performance arts, hobbies, and drama. Being in the spotlight can also add to this abundance. Things to watch out for are: taking unnecessary risks. Profiting from media. Receiving unsolicited attention.
